Review #1: Leaking Cartridge

When I printed the first document the cartridge leaked toner to such and extent that I had to disassemble my printer and thoroughly clean it. I sent the cartridge back for a refund - minus a bill for the 2+ hours it took to get all of the toner out of my printer. In the future I will only purchase Samsung NEW toner cartridges; I am finished with using "compatible" cartridges. I might add that this is the first time I have ever had a toner cartridge spew toner all over a printer. |
