This product is simply awful in all ways.
First, it came with a broken piece of the front cover, so it couldn't be installed normally (actually it shouldn't have been able to be installed at all, but I tried to use some imagination to make it work).
For that I changed the piece from the old used one, and after 15 minutes (This wasn't something easy to do, believe me)I managed to swap.
Ok, I'm ready to print...
Sorry, you won't be able...
Why? Well, apart of being broken-delivered it also came horrendously mis-calibrated. In other words, you can't print but a faded blur of black (color of the cartridge) in your documents. I did tried the cleaning opeartion on the hardware and some bug inform. Nope, nothing worked. This cartridge is simply screwed.
Do yourself a favor and expend some 20-30 bucks more, but invest them in some quality products (like the original ones). This is my lesson for saving some money.
Don't buy this at all costs and stay away from it. From this cartridge or any package of the sort.
